Electronic communications policy

Keral is obligated to furnish certain information to you in written form. This Electronic Communications Policy delineates how we will deliver that information. 1. Information Keral Will Send You

Keral may occasionally need to dispatch vital messages regarding your use of Keral’s website, mobile apps, or other services collectively referred to as our “Services.” This policy encompasses all such messages, encompassing the terms, policies, and user agreements pertinent to your use of the Services, billing statements, transaction details, privacy disclosures, tax statements, and other legal documents that will be provided to you electronically (collectively, the “Electronic Communications”).

4. Technical Requirements to Receive Electronic Communications

To receive Electronic Communications, you must have the following:

• An active email address
• Adequate electronic storage space on your computer's hard drive or another data storage unit and/or an installed printer to print disclosures

5. Withdrawing Consent for Electronic Communications

You retain the option to withdraw your consent to receive Electronic Communications at any time in your account or by submitting a request to us at:

Please note that withdrawal of consent is effective only after Keral has had a reasonable time to process your request (usually 3 months). Furthermore, if you withdraw your consent and Keral is obligated to send you paper copies, your access to the Services may be terminated. Keral reserves the right to levy reasonable fees to cover the costs of sending you paper copies of Electronic Communications.

6. Updating Your Contact Information

To ensure receipt of Electronic Communications, verify that the contact information in your Keral account is accurate. Keral disclaims responsibility for any failure to receive Electronic Communications resulting from your failure to update your contact information.
