Keral is obligated to furnish certain information to you in written form. This Electronic Communications Policy delineates how we will deliver that information. This policy is an integral component of our Terms of Use. By utilizing any of Keral’s services, you are implicitly agreeing to abide by this policy and our Terms of Use.
1. Information Keral Will Send You
Keral may occasionally need to dispatch vital messages regarding your use of Keral’s website, mobile apps, or other services collectively referred to as our “Services.” This policy encompasses all such messages, encompassing the terms, policies, and user agreements pertinent to your use of the Services, billing statements, transaction details, privacy disclosures, tax statements, and other legal documents that will be provided to you electronically (collectively, the “Electronic Communications”).
2. Communications Will Be Sent Electronically
Under this policy, you grant consent to Keral to furnish you with Electronic Communications (including all legal terms and legally-required disclosures) electronically. You also affirm that your acceptance of electronic terms and disclosures holds the same legal weight as if you had physically signed an agreement on paper. For instance, if language adjacent to a button on Keral's website informs you that you will agree to certain terms by clicking the button, then your click of the button will carry the same legal effect as signing an agreement on paper.
3. Delivery of Information
Keral may deliver Electronic Communications to you by (a) emailing them to the address listed in your Keral account, (b) posting them on the Keral website or mobile applications, or (c) making them available via a website specified or per email.
