This means that neither Keral nor any user of our Services can engage in transactions involving designated individuals, locations, or items originating from specific places, as determined by agencies like OFAC, along with trade restrictions imposed by related laws and regulations.
This policy is applicable to all users of our Services, regardless of their geographical location. It is your responsibility to acquaint yourself with these restrictions.

Keral reserves the right to request additional information from buyers and may disable listings or cancel transactions that pose a risk of violating this policy.
In addition to complying with OFAC and local laws, Keral members should be aware that other countries may have their own trade restrictions. Third-party payment processors, such as PayPal, may independently monitor transactions for sanctions compliance and may block transactions as part of their compliance programs. Keral has no authority or control over the independent decision-making of these providers.
